From crop consulting and plant food to lawn and garden specialty items, the team at ProVision Partners Cooperative operates an inclusive agronomy department, complete with a group of certified agronomists and custom applicators. We offer dry and liquid custom-blended plant food, a full line of crop protection products, a broad range of seed, soil sampling, nutrient management planning, custom spraying and spreading, variable rate application services, and crop scouting services. We also provide plant food, weed and insect control and turf grass treatments for the lawn and garden, as well as pond treatments, and seed and plant food for pastures and wildlife plots. And, as always, we only provide premium products; like WinField™ Solutions, Croplan® Genetics and LaCrosse Forage & Turf among others that we know from experience garner the best results.

ProVision Partners Cooperative can offer custom soil sampling and provide suggestions to maximize your yields to best suit your needs. Agronomists

Tom Hoffman, CCA
Agronomy Division Manager

Tom has been with our cooperative since 1999 and currently resides in Stratford. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Soil & Crop Science from UW Platteville. Tom has had 7+ years as a Territory Sale Manager with a national seed Company.

Tom has the knowledge necessary to make your experience with ProVision Partners Cooperative effortless and trouble-free.

Dale Budtke
Sales Agronomist

Dale joined the agronomy sales team in March of 2010 out of our Stratford location. Dale has a great deal of experience with ProVision Partners Cooperative and the agronomy division. Since March of 2002, he has worked as a commercial applicator. He also assisted in the Propane Division in the winter months with bulk delivery of LP gas. Dale's first hand agronomy experience has given him a strong understanding of his new position. Dale grew up on the family farm just South of Rozellville and farmed for a short period before his employment with PVP. He and his wife Jodi have three children; Samantha, Amanda and Tyler. Dale enjoys all outdoor activities especially snowmobiling and deer hunting.

Ron Schuh
Sales Agronomist

Ron started with Harmony, now ProVision Partners, in 2006 and started with the coop system in 1990. Ron received a degree in Ag Business from UW-River Falls.

Ron grew up in Colby but now lives in Spencer with his wife, Sheri and 4 children. In his free time Ron enjoys being outdoors, fishing, camping and hunting with his family.

Steve Lau
Sales Agronomist

Steve grew up on a dairy farm four miles outside of Stratford. After high school, he farmed for nine years. He then worked in security, as a welder, a sales representative and exterminator for Orkin Pest Control out of Eau Claire. Steve joined Central Wisconsin Cooperative as a commercial applicator, a position he held for 15 seasons. Now an employee of ProVision Partners, he has worked in grain hauling and performed maintenance and repair on the cooperative's fleet. He started in agronomy sales September 2016, helping customers make plans on seed, fertilizer and chemical inputs.

John Weiss
Sales Agronomist

John comes to his position with a wealth of experience in the fields of pesticides, new and old fertilizer and industry change. Born and raised on a family farm near Durand, John worked for Mondovi Co-op Equity for 16 years initially operating their sprayer and spreader equipment. Eventually working his way to plant manager, and for the last 25 years was employed by a neighboring cooperative in their agronomy department. Working out of the Unity agronomy location John offers a relationship of trust and service to the customers bringing product knowledge, and continuous information on the ever changing industry.

Mike Kurzinski
Unity Location Manager

Mike came to work for Central Wisconsin Co-op in 2008 and has been driving route truck for the Stratford feed mill. In January 2018, Mike was appointed as our laction manager at Unity. Prior to joining CWC, Mike owned and operated his own diary farm for 19 years.

Mike is married to MIchelle. The coupe has one daughter and live in the Marshfield area.

Argronomy is a new field for Mike, he looks forward to learngin and working with the customers using ProVisions agronomy services.

Eric Jacobson, CCA
Agronomy Advisor

Eric grew up on a Dairy Farm in Humbird,WI after graduation from UW River Fall in 1997 he began working for Winfield United as a agronomy advisor. Eric came into Provision Partners through the merger with Federation Co-op in October of 2019. He along with his wife Larissa and 3 daughters live in Alma center.

Brad Mathson, CCA
Agronomy Sales Manager

Brad is the Agronomy Sales Managerat Provision Partners coming into that role through the Federation Co-op merger in 2019. Bradgrew up in Whitehall,WI and has been involved in various positions in production agriculture for over 40 years.Brad has worked with over 30 different crops in 8 states in my career.Brad has a passion for production agriculture and is always looking for way for producers to be more profitable in their operations. Brad and his wife Lisa have 8 children and live in Hixton Wi.

Danielle Cemenski
Warren Location Manager

Danielle grew up next to her grandparent’s farm just outside of Le Sueur, MN and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Crops and Soil Science from UW River Falls in May 2017. Danielle started working for Federation Co-op in February 2018 as precision technology supportwhere she works on producer’s maps and soil and tissuetesting as well as dataentry. She also helps run the fertilizer plant in Hixtonduring the growing season.

Robert Boberg
Regional Manager

Bob grew up on a Dairy farm in Arcadia, WI. In 1978 married his wife Carrie and have a Son Eric, daughter Stacey and three Grandchildren. Bob has been working in the cooperative system since 1978. He started working for A-G Cooperative in Arcadia in the late 70’s and worked his way up the ladder. In 1990 he became Agronomy Manager and then in 1992 worked for Arcadia Cooperative as Agronomy Manager. In 2002 he was promoted to General Manager while still managing the Agronomy department. In 2015 Arcadia merged and Bob took the responsibility of the Retail Manager position over for 3 years. In the fall of 2018 when he started working for the former Federation Cooperative as their Grain Manager and then April of 2019 took over the Agronomy Manager position as well. With the Federation Cooperative merged with Provision Partners on October 1, 2019 Bob accepted the position as Hixton Agronomy Location and Regional Manager.

Derrick Lehman
Agronomy Advisor

Derrick is from Spencer, Wisconsin and grew up working for several diary farms in the area. He interned with the former Harmony Cooperative his freshman year at the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. After graduation Derrick took an applicator position with Provision Partners Cooperative at their Auburndale location in the spring of 2018. Derrick serves multiple roles with the cooperative in the seed warehouse, seed treatment, fertilizer application, grain facility, and agronomy sales. In his free time Derrick enjoys hunting, fishing, and shooting sports.

Jake Rueth
Sales Agronomist

Jake earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He had worked in the Auburndale Agronomy plant the summer of 2017 and after graduation in May 2018 Jake joined the agronomy sales team. He grew-up on a dairy farm in the Loyal area. He enjoys working with producers and using his farm experience and education to help farmers manage their crop production.

Eli Strebig
Sales Agronomist

Eli joined ProVision Partners in 2022. He worked on a dairy farm while attending Northcentral Technical College in Wausau where he received his Dairy Science Degree in the spring of 2021. He continued his schooling, while working for a local cooperative, and received an additional Crop Science degree in December 2022. Growing up in Medford, Eli's love of outdoors is the reason he chose to pursue the crop side of agriculture.

Tyler Burkholder
Sales Agronomist

Tyler attended Northcentral Technical College where he obtained his Agronomy and Crop Science Degree. During high school and college, he worked in the Central Sands for a produce farm. From there he joined ProVision Partners in 2019 as an applicator/driver. Once he graduated college, he became a sales agronomist. He really enjoys working with producers and using his education to help producers hit their cropping goals. Outside of work Tyler enjoys hunting and fishing.

Cranberry Division

Warrens Cranberry Division

The Warrens Cranberry office is a separate facility that specializes in serving the cranberry producers in Wisconsin. The division is staffed with an experienced certified crop advisor to answer your technical questions and offer consulting on nutrition and more.

We offer proprietary manufactured CranMax products specifically designed for our cranberry growers to help maximize plant uptake and offer prescription fertilizer blends off your tissue/soil samples.

ProVision Partners carries both branded and private labeled products to ensure we offer competitively priced options for our growers. Delivery and pickup are available for all products.

Drop off point for tissue and soil samples throughout the season with recommendations upon request. Thermal imaging available through our Precision Ag department in Hixton.
